If you are not happy with an item* for any reason, simply return it - in unused condition - within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund or an exchange (credited amount will not include the original shipping fees) . Any item received postmarked after the expiration of the return period will be returned to the sender.

Returns on Christmas Gifts:
Any item purchased in December 2006 may be returned for an exchange or a refund if postmarked latest by January 2, 2007. As with any other return, item must be in its original condition. All conditions listed above apply.
